Allergy

Atopic dermatitis
Atopic eczema (or atopic dermatitis) means the repeated inflammatory skin manifestations associated with atopy. Atopic eczema is a chronic, pruriginous and inflammatory dermatosis that evolves in the form of flare-ups.
Following the success of last year at the 1st International Workshops in Toulouse, the Fondation pour la Dermatite Atopique organized the 2nd International Workshops of Therapeutic Education on Atopic Dermatitis, 29, 30 June and 1 July 2011, Rome.
In total 150 people attended. Health professionals (pediatricians, dermatologists, allergists, psychologists, nurses, therapists art...) were given an appointment to discuss, learn and develop.
Twelve nationalities were represented: Belgium, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Spain, Canada, Switzerland, the United States, Denmark, Germany, Mexico and France.
