The success of the first two editions, held in Toulouse and in Rome, permitted the centers working with the Foundation to publish 2 articles on international guidelines. Athens was the selected venue for the 3rd edition of the workshops, held May 8th and 9th.
This event, aimed at health professionals (doctors, nurses and psychologists) involved in TPE (Therapeutic Education) and partners of the Foundation, gathered 200 people from 50 teams worldwide.
The main focus of this event—which was created by Doctor Chantal Segard, Professor Jean-François Stalder and Professor Alain Golay—was centered around the diversity of atopic dermatitis manifestations and treatment around the world, as well as the impact of cultural differences on therapeutic education for atopic dermatitis.
This unique theme, one that had remained untouched until then, outlined the importance of having representatives from all 4 corners of the world.
