Last Tuesday, June 30th, the first Eczema Treatment Center was inaugurated in the facilities of the Policlínica Geral do Rio de Janeiro (PGRJ).
The new space aims to encourage the study and treatment of Eczema, taking care of low-income population with different ages from the Unified Health System (SUS) and private patients.

The Center will offer a complete dermatologic service, treating the different forms of Eczema, from acute to chronic conditions. The inauguration was sponsored by our Foundation, with the mission of providing a better quality of life for people living with Eczema and their families.
The opening event was attended by Dr. Ana Coutinho, Medical Director of Pierre Fabre, Dr. Omar Lupi, Head of the Dermatology Service of PGRJ, the President of PGRJ, Dr. Eliana Carvalho, among other professors and students of the Dermatology Service of PGRJ.
According to Dr. Ana Coutinho, the Foundation is expanding its research, information and education mission for all types of eczema and has new partners in the world, such as the PGRJ:
